God bless the brave souls who have the courage and balls to wear a bike helmet whilst riding to class. In my opinion this is one of the most ridiculous displays caught on every college campus. I'm beginning to get more bewildered by this act everyday as I witness endless accounts.
Every helmet wearer should understand that they look ridiculous riding with a helmet while traveling at a whopping 3.5 miles an hour. At these speeds a collision would skin the knee at best. I know that I wouldn't be caught dead in a bike helmet unless I were doing one of the following:
Doing backflips on ramps
Riding down a San Francisco street full speed
Riding off a cliff and into the Grand Canyon with a parachute
Bottom-line, dont wear a helmet because you look like a 4 year old.
Also, for those that think this nifty visor add-on will save you...
you are sadly mistaken, this feature exponentially adds to the embarrassment that I feel for you.
Wake up in the morning and take a stand, maybe today you will bump into a pedestrian and scratch the front or back of your head but at least you wont be wearing a block of plastic and Styrofoam on your stupid head.
