The Day After

By this point it's late news. What can I say that hasn't already been said? Jim Zorn looked like Bill Walsh and Jason Campbell looked like Joe Montana, old hat. Clinton Portis and Santana Moss are going to the Pro Bowl, eh been said. Felix Jones had no touches, Marion Barber had 44 yards, Chappelle couldn't write a better joke.
What else can I say about the Cowboys, the precious holy grail team of every sportscaster in America, getting physically dominated by the Washington Redskins?
I'm at a loss for words in discussing this game.

What I will say is that I have a swagger about myself that I haven't ever had after a Skins game. There's a pep in my step that not even the most haterrific of haters could take from me. I couldn't believe it watching the game and I still can't believe it today. It appears that we're actually a good football team with a future. Read that sentence again, I meant for it to be that simple. This feeling is new, it's exciting, and it's MY team.
