You want to know why Duke has crapped the bed the last 6 years in the NCAA tournament, take a look at Dukes Number 1 recruit for the 09-10 class. Duke has developed a scary trend of recruiting lanky, white, goofballs who know how to play team basketball very well, and can work within a system. But when they get matched up with a 6'5 swingman from UNC that has a 40 inch verticle, they get pooed on. These white players are simply not athletic enough to keep up with the athletes that teams like UNC and UCONN recruit. This is not the 1970's where a good team system can overcome pure athleticism. Duke we need to recruit some ballers, I suggest coming to the Dome in Charm City or checking out the high school games in PG County....and for the love of god please do not recruit another white kid.
